Introduction
If you know how to cook ribs you will be the chef for any occasion. Having ribs for dinner is a luxury that anyone would be happy to have. You can cook ribs several different ways. You can cook you ribs on the grill if you are barbequing, you can cook your ribs in the crock pot, or you can even cook them in the oven. Ribs are good for special events, cook outs or just a nice dinner. Let's go over steps on how to cook ribs in several different ways.

Instructions
Difficulty level: moderate, if you are good in the kitchen

Steps:
Country barbeque ribs

1. First you will need to have all of your ingredients. The list of ingredients is below

  • 3 lbs. country beef ribs
  • 1 can of chicken broth (14oz)
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 cup of dark barbeque sauce
  • Some pepper
  • Some garlic
  • Some onion powder

2. You will need to have all of your ingredients and a good cooking spot with a stove top.

3. Get a large pot big enough to put all of your ribs inside with out anything pouring over the sides. A big soup pot will do.

4. Put your ribs inside the pot and pour the chicken broth inside, bring this to a boil.

5. Next add in you red wine, and barbeque sauce.

6. Then add in your spices to your liking.

7. Lower your heat on the stove and cover the pot.

8. Let the ribs cook in the pot for one hour, while still covered.

9. After an hour has passed remove the ribs from the pan, leave all the sauce inside the pan.

10. Let the sauce cool because you are going to want to remove the fat from the top of the sauce once it has cooled down.

11. You ribs are finished and cooked.

12. When you are ready to eat them at your b-b-q you can wrap you ribs in foil and re-heat them on the grill, they will be delicious.

Slow cooked barbequed ribs
1. You will need to gather your ingredients which are listed below

  • 4 lbs. of country pork ribs
  • ΒΌ cup of flour
  • Your choice of barbeque sauce
  • Sliced onions and green peppers, your choice on how many

2. You will need to heat your over to 450 degrees.

3. Spread some flour out and roll you ribs in the flour, make sure they are completely covered.

4. Put your ribs on a cooking sheet, and place you ribs on the top self of the oven.

5. Brown the ribs in the oven for about half an hour.

6. While your ribs are browning get you sauce ready inside a crock pot.

7. When your ribs are done browning put them in the crock pot along with the slices of onion and bell peppers.

8. If you have remaining sauce cover the ribs with it.

9. Cover the ribs with the crock pot lid and cook on low for about 7 hours.

10. You have made your first dish of slow cooked ribs.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure not to burn your ribs, there isn't that much mean on them to start with it would be a shame to burn it.
  • Ribs are always best with your favorite sauce.
  • Get all the fixings to go with your ribs to make your mean spectacular.
  • Try several different ways to cook your ribs to find the way that you like best.

Do you cut the skin off the back of the ribs - Some people call it removing the membrane, before you cook them?
